This year’s competition will take place on Tuesday 15 September 2026, proudly sponsored by Spirits Academy.

 

The competition will unfold across multiple rounds, beginning with foundational knowledge and sensory challenges, before progressing to practical cocktail rounds.

 

The top three finalists will then compete in a live final at the Top 100 Most Influential party during Sydney Bar Week.
