55 North at Cibaria Manly transforms into a vibrant beach club inspired by the laid-back glamour of the Mediterranean coast. Settle in for an afternoon of bespoke cocktails, booze-spiked gelato and good company, all set to the soundtrack of Italian disco. At the heart of the experience is a limited-edition cocktail menu featuring Espolòn Tequila and Licor 43, with three exclusive serves created exclusively for the occasion. A menu of Cibaria favourites will be available to order throughout the afternoon, while the Cibaria Gelato Cart showcased a limited-edition, cocktail-inspired flavour range. Dress for the beach club and join us from 2–4pm on Saturday, 12 September as escape to the Mediterranean—no passport required. Capacity is 120 people, and is on a first come, first serve basis.
