Expect familiar cocktail formats pushed somewhere strange: savoury flavours, unexpected garnishes and a few ingredients that probably don’t belong in a drinks menu, (let alone the same sentence). There will be parmesan. There will be anchovies. There may be evidence of hot dogs. The rest is staying off record.

With Unico Zelo at the ready, Man bites dog will be serving a short menu of drinks alongside mini hot dogs for a couple of loose afternoon hours before everyone heads off to the Australian Bar Awards.
