Join A panel discussion with 4 of Sydney’s long serving hospitality professionals.  Jason Crawley (Crawleys Bartender Syrups),  Stefano Catino (Maybe Group), Pasan Wijesena (Multi Bar Owner) Emma Franceschini (Swill house Head of Bars), hosted by Barney Toy (Dean & Nancy on 22) this is aimed to highlight and showcase the missing pieces of modern hospitality with firsthand knowledge and some funny stories from the “Glory Days”.  Thanks to William Grants & Sons, Glenfiddich Highballs will be flowing.
